Virtual Commodities Exchange, a powerleveling and item farm, is setting up shop in upcoming Philippine IT hub Cebu City. They've already posted an ad for World of Warcraft gamers.
The direct B2C interface on their site suggests an IGE-type success story in the making. Let's hope it becomes that, and not another third-world gaming sweatshop.
