Flash 10th

I started rather late with Flash. My first paid Flash gig was Summit Media's first Flash screensaver way back in 2000. Today, Michael Arrington predicts that Web 2.0 will see Flash and Ajax go head-to-head (e.g., Wablet and Meebo). I've seen so many Web technologies fall into irrelevance over the years (Remember VRML?), but Flash just stands the test of time. There's just so much elegance to something that works on vectors -- connecting the dots.

Happy tenth anniversary, Flash.
