You should take a look at Kiko calendar. It has the import feature too...and it'll have Outlook sync very soon.

Oh, and Emmet -- any chance you guys could build a database connector for the Invision Power Board Calendar? I could use one for Pinoy Cosplay. Forum integration is a huge untapped market for Web calendar apps.
