Manuel Villoria posts interesting comments on my interview wth CICT Commissioner Dondi Mapa. He puts forth two points: Filipinos need more broadband choices, and Filipino Internet-literates (11.8 million of them) should post on behalf of Filipino Internet-illiterates (76 million of them).
Manuel, if your first point is met, the second will become moot. When the Internet becomes as ubiquitous, intuitive, and inexpensive as television, there will be few Internet-illiterates -- the same way there are no "television-illiterates" today.
