Tokyo Genki shares an new TV ad for World of Warcraft featuring Chinese pop sensation SHE beating up an unscrupulous promoter in the Warcraft gameworld.

Users are striking back at this annoying practice with BugMeNot.com, supplying working login credentials to pages on various sites. As of this posting, they've "liberated" 78,140 sites from the greedy clutches of uncreative database marketers.

True to its hands-on marketing tactics, Philippine game publisher NetPlay is sending game tutors to a chain of Internet cafés next week. What really got my attention was the name of the chain: "Bill's Gate".
